3. Delivery
We deliver orders across Pakistan through available courier services. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location, courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Customer Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, phone number, and delivery address. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

5. Seed Germination
Germination depends on factors such as soil quality, temperature, moisture, planting depth, and care. We cannot guarantee germination results when seeds are used under unsuitable conditions.

6. Payments
Customers must provide valid payment information when placing an order. For Cash on Delivery (COD), payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Seeds may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

8. Changes to Terms
