Due to the nature of our products, seeds are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or opened. However, if you receive the wrong product, damaged packaging, or an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or a video of the package and product.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Important: We are not responsible for poor germination caused by improper planting, unsuitable weather conditions, incorrect watering, soil conditions, or improper storage after delivery.
