Avalanche Snow Peas are a high-yielding, dark-green snow pea variety known for their productive plants and attractive, tender pods. The pods can be harvested at around 2½ inches for smaller, premium peas or up to 3¾ inches for larger pods.

The plants grow approximately 36 inches tall and have an Afila-type vine structure that produces plenty of edible tendrils, making them useful for garnishes as well. Each node typically produces 1–2 pods, helping provide a generous harvest.
